Sentra was built for asking, not for dashboard-hopping. Open it from anywhere on your screen with Alt + I; it reads your Pulse modules and answers in natural language. Below are five practices that get the most out of it, plus what it doesn\'t do.
Start the day by opening Sentra and asking a single question: "What's coming for me this week?" The answer wraps up score shifts, new risks, overdue tasks, and areas being neglected. No need to tour separate dashboards.
If you're unsure which direction to take on something, ask Sentra — it pulls from your modules and gives you a reasoned recommendation. You can talk to it naturally: "Not sure, what do you think?"
Sentra reads all 32 of your modules. When you want a summary + recommendations for just one, name it — it focuses on that module only.
Ask directly: "What's my biggest risk right now?" Sentra scans every module on your behalf and lists the top one or two risks, with reasoning. It doesn't waste time — critical first.
When you want to see change over time, Sentra can compare dates. "What dropped since last month?" or "Where do I stand vs my competitors?" work as normal conversation.
Sentra isn't a general chatbot — it only reads your Pulse data. It doesn't search the open web or suggest external sources. Everything it says comes from your modules.
Sentra is a conversation layer — it doesn't open tasks or send messages on your behalf. You make the call; you carry it out in the relevant module or in Tasks.
It doesn't forget your earlier questions in the same conversation. You can go deeper on a topic without re-explaining. Start a new topic and you can reset the thread.
You get the most out of Sentra by using it in the first 2 minutes of your day. While you get coffee, one question: "What should I watch for this week?" Read the answer, set the day\'s priorities. Got a question before a meeting? Sentra pulls it together in seconds.
Let\'s spend 15 minutes going over how you\'d get the most out of Sentra with your specific data.
