Python Programmer Specialist

Build the data pipelines, integrations, and AI services that power inMOLA's decision engine. You'll own backend code that real customers run their marketing on.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple marketing platforms (analytics, ads, social, SEO).
  • Build and ship Python APIs and microservices that the rest of the product consumes.
  • Integrate AI/LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) into production workflows.
  • Write tests, do code review, document what you ship.

Must have

  • 3+ years of professional Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
  • Comfortable with SQL and at least one of: Postgres, SQLite, ClickHouse.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, async patterns, and HTTP fundamentals.
  • Linux, Docker, Git — you can ship without help.
  • Working English — at least at a reading and writing level.

Nice to have

  • Production experience with LLM/AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG).
  • ETL/data engineering background.
  • Marketing or martech domain knowledge.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Plan, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that grow inMOLA itself — and double as our internal lab for what we recommend to customers.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Run SEO and content marketing — from keyword research to brief to publish.
  • Build and read dashboards weekly; turn numbers into next-step decisions.
  • A/B test landing pages, ads, and email sequences. Document what works.

Must have

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 — you can build a campaign without a checklist.
  • SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, content).
  • Working English — campaigns may run in both Turkish and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Brevo, or other marketing automation.
  • Strong copywriting in Turkish + English.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, content tools).

Sales Support Specialist

Power inMOLA's sales engine — CRM hygiene, inbound lead qualification, demo coordination, and the sales-marketing handoff that makes every lead count.

What you'll do

  • Qualify inbound leads from demo-request, contact form, and signup flows.
  • Keep the CRM clean and reliable — every lead, deal, and account has the right data.
  • Coordinate demos, prepare materials, follow up after meetings.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for the sales pipeline.

Must have

  • 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales.
  • Hands-on with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Working English — most B2B leads communicate in English.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through — you do not let things slip.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with email automation and outbound tools.
  • Comfort talking to customers directly when needed.
